RDC is running a Learning Apps Division, a special division dealing with digital transformation services especially for the Education Market focusing on Student Information Management Systems (SIS) as well as Learning Management Information systems (LMS). We are looking for right candidate to fill an open position to work as Learning Apps Consultant (JRN028) at our Athens office in Learning Apps division.

Job Description Learning Apps Consultant (JRN 028)

Roles & Responsibilities:

Provide consulting analysis of clients' business needs and design tailored solutions
Provide consulting and implementation services for ERP/CRM/E-learning projects
Manage and oversee ERP / E-learning projects from initiation to completion
Deliver training and technical support to ERP / E-learning system users
Customize and optimize ERP / E-learning systems to meet specific client requirements
Collaborate with various departments (Sales, Finance, Procurement, etc.) to ensure smooth integration
Troubleshoot technical issues and stay up-to-date with ERP / E-learning industry advancements
Participate and/or lead the User Acceptance Test (UAT), support activities and act as a point of contact for the Customer's Users
Act as a liaison between customer stakeholders and communicate customer issues to the relevant technical teams

Qualifications

· BSc or MSc in Computer Science or equivalent

· 2+ years of professional experience in ERP or E-learning implementation and management (Softone, Moodle, other LMS)

· Experience and certification in Softone ERP will be appreciated

· Strongability to analyze complex business problems and propose solutions

· Proven experience in project management and cross-functional team collaboration

· Excellent understanding of business processes and software requirements

· Competency in technical training and presentations to engage in discussions with both the business and technology functions at client organizations

· Excellent communication & presentation skills (Both in English & Greek language)

· Excellent communication skills and customer-focused approach
