We are looking is looking for right candidate to fill open position to work as Senior React Developer (JRN029) at our Athens office in web & mobile applications development division.

Job Description (JRN 029)

Roles & Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the development team to define and implement the strategic direction of front-end development, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the team.
Design and develop high-performance, scalable web applications that enhance user experience.
Work closely with product managers to gather project requirements and establish realistic timelines.
Advocate for the adoption of modern development practices and tools, contributing to the establishment of best practices to improve team efficiency.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical challenges, providing innovative solutions to enhance product performance.
Ensure project deliverables are met on time, while maintaining high-quality standards.
Participate in decision-making processes at a technical level, contributing to the evolution of future projects.

Qualifications

BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
3+ years of proven work experience as a Front-end developer
In-depth understanding of the entire web development process (design, development, testing and deployment)
Hands on experience with programming language React
Strong communication skills, especially in working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Knowledge of agile methodologies and best practices in software development
Familiarity with Agile Development Methodologies
