We are looking is looking for right candidate to fill an open position to work as Senior Software Analyst (JRN027) at our Athens office in software applications development division.

Job Description Senior Software Analyst (JRN027)

Roles & Responsibilities:

· Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document software requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals

· Develop detailed system specifications and diagrams to guide the development process and ensure clarity for developers

· Conduct business process analysis to identify areas for improvement and optimize software solutions

· Participate in testing and validation phases to ensure that developed software meets specifications and is free from defects

· Maintain comprehensive documentation, including software requirements, system designs, and testing procedures, to support ongoing development and future enhancements

· Collaborate closely with developers, testers, and project managers to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery

· Participate and/or lead the User Acceptance Test(UAT), support activities and act as a point of contact for the Customer's Users

· Act as a liaison between customer stakeholders and communicate customer issues to the relevant technical teams

Qualifications

· BSc or MSc in Computer Science or equivalent

· 2+ years of experience as a Software Analyst or in asimilar role, with proven experience in requirement gathering, system design,and analysis

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills

· Excellent client facing, analytical and problem-solvingskills

· Solid organizational skills, attention to detail andmulti-tasking skills

· Competency in technical training and presentations toengage in discussions with both the business and technology functions at client organizations

· Excellent communication & presentation skills(Both in English & Greek language).

· Experience working within agile/scrum-based team

· Enjoy working in full software development lifecycle, from concept and design to testing.
